PCSE Department Courses

CPEN 499W Computer Engineering Capstone Project WI (3-3-0)

Prerequisite: ENGL 101-102 or 123 effective fall 04-spring 06; CPEN 371W (or consent), CPEN 414, CPSC 410, PHYS 340, senior standing, and permission from the department. May be taken as research intensive

 

Capstone design project where senior student completes a practical computer engineering project, including probabilistic aspects of the design, by applying the engineering knowledge and judgment they have acquired during their college career. A formal oral presentation and a written report are required as well the artifact that is the design. Satisfies Writing Intensive Requirement.
