Prerequisite: High-school algebra and trigonometry or consent of instructor for PHYS151.
Offering: Fall and Spring.

A presentation of major concepts of physics, using algebra and trigonometry. For science students (but not for engineering, physics, or mathematics students). Topics covered include mechanics, thermodynamics, waves, electromagnetism, optics, and modern physics.
