Can I "snail" mail a copy instead of submitting an electronic form?

Yes. If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed (most University machines do), you can view and print a hard copy of the contract. Complete the form and mail to Dr. Siochi, WDT Faculty Advisor, Gosnold Hall Rm. ???

Can I use html tags or links in the input fields?

No. You cannot use HTML tags in any field except the body of the message. If you use it elsewhere, the script will just throw out everything.

What is the Web Site POC?

This is the "Point of Contact" for the Web Design Team Leader or the Designer. This is the person that will be available to answer any questions regarding the contract/design request.
