Mission Statement:
My aim is to provide high quality and innovative education for an independent and just society. I teach students to think freely in preparation for their personal development and future careers in a changing and globalized world with a multicultural and interdisciplinary background.
My research aims to understand the cosmological mechanisms by which galaxies assemble and evolve in the Universe.
In particular, I focus on hotly debated challenges of galaxy morphology.
Fields of Interest and Research:
- Formation of structures in galaxies
- Morphological evolution of galaxies
- Influence of the Dark Matter on the morphology of galaxies
- Near-Earth Asteroids
- Distribution of galactic habitable zones in galaxies
